Originally launched by Eduardo Vargas (who is no longer involved), this burger outpost features the classics made from 100 per cent Australian beef., as well as concept burgers made from ahi tuna steak or with creative dressings.
Their new menu varieties include the ‘California’ with blue cheese, avocado salsa, bacon and mango chutney (70RMB), and the 'Argentine' topped with cheddar & mozzarella cheese, chorizo and
chimichurri (75RMB).
Don't miss the spiked shakes made with French liquors, such as the 'Nutty Professor' made with cheesecake, amaretto and vanilla ice cream (50RMB).
