Since
its opening last June, Shanghai Disneyland has continued to wow crowds with its rides and live shows. And it doesn't stop there.
To mark Halloween, the theme park is running a programme that celebrates the spooky season with wickedly fun activities and shows for families in Shanghai until Tuesday 31 October. To start things off you can journey through the theme park with Dr. Facilier (Princess and the Frog, 2009), Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty, 1959) and Hades (Hercules, 1997) as part of the Villains' Cavalcade. Fancy a futuristic disco party? Then head down to Tomorrowland for a Guardians of the Galaxy dance-off with the Star Lord and Groot.
And what is Halloween without pumpkins? From chilled drinks to special lanterns, Disney is offering a range of orange goodies.
To make the Halloween experience a truly immersive one, Disney is also welcoming families to dress up as their favourite villains and Disney characters when they visit. If kitting you and the kids out before your trip sounds like too much of a hassle though, the park will also be running face-painting workshops for littles ones during the season, so never fear.
